1. Eligibility for Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, email hello@legacirituals.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, promotional items, and gift cards are non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
